Our implementations are successful because ClearFocus and the planning, design and deployment phases housed within this methodology work. Importantly, along with the global structuring of ClearFocus is the flexibility we offer through our choice of three distinctive ClearFocus implementation plans. Our ClearFocus plans were created to address specific businesses needs and offer a tailored implementation solution.
ClearFocus Essentials: For customers who have in-house ERP experts. This type of implementation requires less assistance from us due to the in-house expertise. While much of the implementation is driven by your employees, our team will assist, train and coach your business through the process to keep you on track and on budget easing your company through implementation completion.
ClearFocus Classic: Our most widely used plan. ClearFocus Classic is traditionally used by companies who have expertise in their business processes, but no in-house ERP expertise. Our team works closely with the customer's in-house project team over the four to six month implementation process. Customers are able to utilize training, consulting, resources, guidance and technical assistance with the Classic plan.
ClearFocus Advance: Geared for businesses that need us to play a larger role in the implementation. This may be due to staffing issues, complexity, or a compressed time frame. Visual South's consulting team thrives in this type of intense environment. We will provide a highly effective project team to complete the implementation successfully and effectively, on-time and on-budget.
