- Off-site pre-conversion of your database. This crucial first step allows us to thoroughly examine your database for any issues that could impede your migration. If there are any issues with the database we will know before we come in for the migration; as opposed to finding out when we are on site. In virtually all the cases, we can resolve any database problem during the pre-conversion, at no extra cost, and then apply the solution during the actual on-site conversion.
- On-site migration. This step is typically performed on a Saturday during your down time. We will migrate your database, update all the clients as required, reorganized the database, and assure all modified standard reports run properly.
- Post migration consulting day. This is typically performed the following Monday morning. We are there with you when VISUAL is running under load. We make sure all your questions are answered and all your migration related issues are addressed.
