What is Visualize Success?
Visualize Success is a 3 day learning experience built specifically for Visual South customers using the VISUAL product suite. The goal of the event is to have participants gain valuable insight, share common solutions, and network with peers using the same product in order to get more out of their investment in VISUAL. The sessions will provide intimate, in-depth, and timely information on a variety of VISUAL topics. Sessions will be conducted by Visual South's consulting organization along with application experts from Infor.
When is Visualize Success 2010?
Visualize Success will begin on Wednesday, April 21 with registration opening at 3 p.m. and will conclude before lunch on Friday, April 23.
Where will Visualize Success 2010 be held?
You'll find us at Hilton Garden Inn-Atlanta Downtown (275 Baker Street, Atlanta, GA). Atlanta is centrally located in the Visual South territory and offers a wide variety of sightseeing oportunities.
What's new for 2010?
Visualize Success 2009 held in Concord, NC was a success! To make it even better this year, we are scheduling several longer breakout sessions, scheduling interactive breakout sessions, and have organized a group outing to Georgia Aquarium.
What is the Georgia Aquarium outing?
We have been given the opportunity to experience the aquarium without the crowd. Our group will be one of the few in the building after it closes Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. Visitors will move at their own pace through the exhibits. Click here for more information on the event.

What is the cost?

Am I guaranteed a room at Hilton Garden Inn?
We currently have a room block at the hotel and will certainly try to secure additional rooms if needed. It's always wise, however, to register early for best room availability.
$150 for 2 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn is an excellent deal. Can I get that rate for more nights if I want to extend my stay?
Sorry, those rates only apply for the nights of April 21 & 22. The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $154.10 (includes taxes and breakfast) for a single, and $177.10 (includes taxes and breakfast) for double occupancy for up to 3 days pre (April 18, 19 and 20) and post (April 23, 24 & 25) the conference nights, pending availability. Additional days not in that time frame will be at the standard rate. A room will be reserved for you only after payment in full for the conference is received by Visual South.
Can I get the conference hotel rate if I contact the hotel directly?
No, you must make your hotel reservations using the Visualize Success online registration system.
I'm bringing a guest. What activities can they attend with me?
A guest pass offering access to the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Wednesday evening, and the Georgia Aquarium outing is available. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. The guest pass is just $50 and can be reserved through the online registration process. Breakfast would also be included if you and your guest are staying at Hilton Garden Inn and paying the double occupancy rate.
What meals will be provided during Visualize Success?
Attendees staying at Hilton Garden Inn will have access to the following meals:
Wednesday, April 21 – Cocktail Reception and Dinner
Thursday, April 22 – Breakfast and Lunch
Friday, April 23 – Breakfast
Attendees not staying at Hilton Garden Inn will have access to the following meals:
Wednesday, April 21 – Cocktail Reception and Dinner
Thursday, April 22 – Lunch
A made-to-order breakfast in Hilton Garden Inn's Great American Grill may be purchased for $15.95 + tax/person.
Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event for all attendees.
Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Visualize Success?
Sorry, no.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?
Yes, the request must be made in writing to info@visualsouth.com
What is the weather like in April in Atlana, GA?
Average temperatures in Atlanta in April are low 70's during the day, and low 50's at night. Click here to check the current weather in Atlanta.
I do not need hotel accommodations. Is there a registration price difference?
Yes. The registration fee without hotel accommodations is $150 less than the registration fee with accommodations.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your registration by providing written notice to info@visualsouth.com. If notified on or before April 6, 2010, you will be refunded your registration fee less $150 administrative fee. Refunds will not be provided if notified after April 6, 2010.
Can I pay with a company check?
Yes. Make the check payable to Visual South, Inc. and mail or overnight it to Visual South, Attn: User Conference 2010, 9280 Davidson Hwy., Suite 100, Concord, NC 28027. The check must be received within 10 days after you register or your conference registration will be cancelled.
Can I pay by credit card?
We prefer you pay with a check. If you must use a credit card, a 5% service fee will be added to the total if you use Visa or MasterCard, and a 10% service fee will be added to the total if you use American Express.
How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?
You will receive a copy of your registration invoice via email.
What is the best airport to use for the conference?
Hartsfield International Airport (ATL) is just 25 minutes from Hilton Garden Inn.
What are the options for transportation between Hartsfield International Airport and Hilton Garden Inn?
There are several options available. A cab ride to the hotel will cost about $32. The Atlanta Link Shuttle Service runs between the airport and the hotel. Cost is $16.50 for a one way trip and $29 for a round trip ticket. Marta also runs between the two locations and costs $2 one way. The Marta Station at Peachtree Center is approximately four blocks from Hilton Garden Inn.
Will continuing education credits be available?
Visualize Success will not have a supported process to provide continuing education credits.
