Visual South, Inc., a Charlotte, NC-based Infor ERP software sales and consulting firm, seeks an energetic, confident, persistent, organized, curious, and self-motivated individual for an Account Manager role within our sales organization. The candidate will be focused on selling Infor ERP (SaaS and On-Prem) and Professional Services to new prospects, as well as to an existing customer base. Our growth has created this opening.

Our consultants, who all have practical manufacturing experience, guide our customers through the learning process of using the ERP software. We will provide training about the markets we are in, the pain points we can address, and how we address them. We will train you on our practical, no gimmicks sales methodology. You need to provide a good, relevant background and an active learning attitude.
This position reports to the Director of Sales and Account Management. This is a work-from-home position that requires a professional-looking, distraction-free video presence using Microsoft Teams. The ability to travel as needed is also required.
The compensation is a target of the first year, there is no cap on total compensation. If you perform, you are rewarded.

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to be a Solutions Consultant in our growing Professional Services Group. The candidate will provide clients with superior customer service, insight and assistance in the implementation and training of either Infor CSI/SyteLine or VISUAL ERP. (Our consultants specialize in one of the two products; knowledge of both products is not required.)
Work will be done remotely or at the client's location. Tasks will include business process re-engineering, end-user training, and report format generation.
There is a high level of interaction with the clients, and the successful candidate must be outgoing, well-spoken and comfortable in leading change within an organization. Our collective passion is enabling our clients to achieve greater efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability in their markets. Consultants work under the direction of a Project Manager and/or the VP of Professional Services.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Customer Service is required. Specific knowledge of MS SQL Server and Infor Mongoose is a plus. Areas of interest include supply chain management, purchasing cycle, sales cycle, and inventory control. Accounting knowledge would be helpful but not required.
The position may require extensive travel throughout the southeastern United States. The hired consultant can be based out of their home office.
