Presales ERP Consultant – CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/SyteLine
We are seeking a dynamic Presales ERP Solutions Consultant with expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) to join our team. This role bridges technical knowledge and business acumen, helping prospective clients understand how CSI can transform their operations. This person will partner with sales leadership to deliver compelling demonstrations, solution designs, and value propositions that drive new business opportunities. The position reports directly to our Director of Client Solutions.
- Solution Discovery & Analysis
- Engage with prospects to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and map requirements to CSI functionality.
- Product Demonstrations
- Deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations of CSI ERP capabilities.
- Showcase industry-specific workflows (manufacturing, distribution, service) to highlight business value.
- Proposal Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft proposals, RFP responses, and ROI analyses.
- Provide technical validation and ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
- Thought Leadership
- Stay current on CSI product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, positioning CSI as the solution of choice.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, consulting, and product teams to ensure seamless handoff from presales to implementation.
- Support marketing initiatives with product expertise (webinars, case studies, events) when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP presales or consulting, ideally with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solution designs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with CSI configuration and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of competitive ERP solutions (Netsuite, Epicor).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment models and SaaS ERP trends.
- Background in business process improvement and manufacturing.

CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/SyteLine Solutions Consultant
VISUAL ERP (VISUAL Manufacturing) Solutions Consultant
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to be a Solutions Consultant in our growing Professional Services Group. The candidate will provide clients with superior customer service, insight and assistance in the implementation and training of either Infor CSI/SyteLine or VISUAL ERP. (Our consultants specialize in one of the two products; knowledge of both products is not required.)
Work will be done remotely or at the client's location. Tasks will include business process re-engineering, end-user training, and report format generation.
There is a high level of interaction with the clients, and the successful candidate must be outgoing, well-spoken and comfortable in leading change within an organization. Our collective passion is enabling our clients to achieve greater efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability in their markets. Consultants work under the direction of a Project Manager and/or the VP of Professional Services.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Customer Service is required. Specific knowledge of MS SQL Server and Infor Mongoose is a plus. Areas of interest include supply chain management, purchasing cycle, sales cycle, and inventory control. Accounting knowledge would be helpful but not required.
The position may require extensive travel throughout the southeastern United States. The hired consultant can be based out of their home office.
Requirements:
- 5+ years consulting, service and/or manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing knowledge including Production Metrics, BOM, Routings, Inventory Management, and MRP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer responsiveness
- Instructional and leadership skills with small groups
- Degree and professional certifications preferred
